Once payment has been received your jewelry or if you are ordering imprint jewelry an impression kit will be mailed to you along with instructions on how to take a great impression. After you send the imprint back to us, the charms are each made by hand and mailed back to you.
We strive to complete orders within 3 weeks depending on demand - during peak seasons we recommend a 3-4 week lead time.
If you are in a rush please indicate, expedited shipping is available at your cost.

We send the impression kit by regular letter mail. If you do not receive it within 8 business days please let us know. For an additional $10 we will send it expedited mail.
Regarding Returns and Exchanges:
Due to their personalized nature, special order pieces and impression pieces are not returnable or refundable. Although it has yet to happen a mistake could happen, when you recieve your order please inspect it to ensure proper spelling, dates etc.. In the case of Aly Dahl Designs making a mistake the item will be replaced at no cost to the consumer.
As we cast directly from the imprint you take, the final product is only as good as the impression we recieve. Some infants have very faint fingerprints and it is recommended to wait until they are 18 months old and up, or use a toe. **Some children as soon as they are born have deep prints so it does depend on the individual. If we recieve an impression we feel we can not use we will contact you. Some of the best pieces are ones that the print doesn't show, but the shape and dimple of the finger does.
From our non-personalized collections we are happy to offer exchanges of equal or lesser value if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Shipping is the responsibilty of the purchaser both in returning the piece and sending the new one.
